Do you often fantasize about a life beyond your wildest dreams? Do you feel stuck in a current situation in life and are looking for a way in which to break free? Or perhaps you feel blockages or just don’t know where to start!

The process of manifestation is truly fascinating, as it involves bringing your desires into reality through the power of your thoughts and intentions. Manifestation can indeed be a powerful tool for achieving your goals, but it also requires an unwavering faith and dedication to your spiritual practice. It all starts with understanding that what you think, you attract. Therefore, at times, it’s essential to give your mind a positive reset in order to direct your thoughts towards the positivity and the things that you truly want to attract into your life.

It’s important to acknowledge that manifesting your dreams into reality isn’t an overnight process, but rather a journey that requires patience, consistency, and a belief in the power of your own thoughts. Importantly, to truly manifest – you need to feel good and be in a high vibe energy that will be a magnet for all you truly desire.

Manifestation is a powerful practice that can help you achieve your goals and bring positive changes into your life. These ten manifestation tips are designed to provide you with guiding principles to navigate this transformative journey with confidence and purpose. First things first! Let’s break it down and really understand what you want. This step is crucial because, in order to bring your desires to life, you have to immerse yourself in the feeling of already having them. It’s about experiencing the joy you’ll feel once your desires become a reality. Being specific is key here – it’s like giving the universe a roadmap to align with your intentions and help your desires flourish.

Now, a quick tip: don’t overwhelm yourself by trying to attract a bunch of things all at once. Instead, narrow your focus to one to three main desires that mean a lot to you. This does not mean you won’t be attracting the other things you desire, but by picking a smaller number to go after, you are putting laser focus on the desire(s) you are most excited about. With this, you can channel your energy and attention effectively, making significant progress in turning these desires into reality.

So, let’s create a list of our desires, and narrow down to the one(s) really screaming out to you. Now, once you have your desire – we need to create a statement sending the message out to the universe. Be sure to write you statement out in present tense. For example, if you desire to manifest your dream job in your life, write: “I have my dream job as a

2. Be Open to All Possibilities:

Manifesting can sometimes lead us to fixate on a specific outcome. For example, I can recall a personal experience when I was eagerly anticipating a promotion at a job. I truly believed I deserved it, having dedicated so much time and effort, and receiving feedback like “keep doing what you’re doing.” I began to feel frustrated as those same words echoed repeatedly without any promotion in sight. However, looking back a few years later, I am incredibly grateful that I did not receive that promotion. It wasn’t my dream job or the right path for me. Despite seeming like the ideal opportunity at the time, I also longed for a flexible schedule, travel opportunities, more time with loved ones, and unlimited income potential—things that the job wouldn’t have provided. If I had received that promotion, I might still be there today, missing out on the life that truly brings me joy. “Rejection is protection.”

I share this not to complicate the process, but to emphasize the importance of clarity while remaining open to unexpected, better opportunities. Your dream might exceed your current expectations. It’s crucial to stay receptive to unexpected opportunities and outcomes and be willing to explore new paths.

So, how do you balance having clear desires with being open to better possibilities? You can express just that: “I am open to creative opportunities for this desire.” Also, at the end of your desire-based thoughts or when writing them down, always give notice to, “It’s this or something better.” While things may not unfold exactly as planned, trust me—they will turn out to be far better.

3. Take Inspired Action:

Take proactive steps toward your goals and aspirations. Trust your instincts and take motivated action. Instead of waiting for opportunities to come your way, create them yourself. Manifestation involves actively participating, rather than passively waiting for things to happen. Divide your goals into manageable steps and, on a daily or weekly basis, identify a small action you can take toward each of your main desires. This action-oriented approach maintains momentum and aligns your energy with the manifestation process.

If you are wanting to manifest something that you do not currently have, like starting a new business, for example, do actions that are related to that desire. Maybe create a brand logo, or schedule a meeting with someone you look up to in the same space, read a book related to entrepreneurship – find ways to be in that space even if it’s not tangibly yours yet.

As you take these small actions, let go of any fixation on the outcome. Instead of focusing solely on the end result, relish the process. Each small task contributes to the bigger picture of your manifestation journey. Whether it involves sending an email, making a call, or dedicating time to a specific task, enjoy the present moment. This not only adds joy to your journey but also allows the universe to work its magic without the interference of doubt or impatience. It’s essential to remain motivated and persistent, even in the face of obstacles or setbacks.

Imagine the universe as this big energy field that reacts to how we feel. When we’re having a good time and feeling joyful, it’s like we’re sending out a positive signal to the universe. This is because joy and fun create a special kind of energy that matches with the energy of the universe.

So, when we’re in this happy state, it’s like we’re in sync with what we want, and the universe can respond by sending more positive things our way. It’s kind of like a magical connection between how we feel and what we attract into our lives. To make this connection work in our favor, it’s important to bring joy and positive feelings into our lives. When we’re feeling down or negative, it’s like the signal we’re sending out isn’t as strong, and it becomes harder to get what we want.

I’ve got a fun challenge for you today or the next time you’re out in public—try maintaining a natural smile on your face the entire time. Make genuine eye contact with strangers, and if you’re feeling bold, offer a warm head nod or a friendly hello. The goal is to find someone who might not be smiling and observe how your positive energy can bring a smile to their face. How many smiles can you give someone else? How does it make you feel to pass this energy? Give it a shot!

Ultimately, the trick is to focus on feeling good and finding joy in what we’re doing right now. Remember, the universe is always paying attention to the vibes we’re sending out, so keeping our spirits high and being clear about what we want can make a big difference!

5. Create Vision Board:

A vision board is like a dream collage brought to life—a visual expression of your goals and aspirations. Using pictures and images that truly inspire you, you create a board that becomes a daily reminder of your dreams.

Isn’t it exciting? Visualization is an incredibly effective method to manifest and shape the life you desire. The stories I’ve come across about items on vision boards becoming a reality are truly amazing. There’s this one instance I heard where someone took a snapshot of a house they fancied in a magazine, placed it on their board, and years later, while unpacking boxes, discovered they were living in the exact house from that magazine picture.

To kickstart your own vision board journey, start by breaking it down into categories. Think about your career, finances, relationships, hobbies, travel, health, spirituality, home, and overall goals. Jot down your visions for each category and then search for images that resonate with these aspirations.

I personally love the idea of placing these images right on a physical board, prominently displayed in your office or workout space. However, if that doesn’t suit you, there are also apps or books where you can organize these visual representations. The key is to choose a method that truly resonates with you and serves as a powerful daily reminder of the life you’re working towards!

6. Live in a State of Gratitude:

Have you ever said, once I have “X”, then I will be happy? This can be with wealth, love, our dream job, or even a home. The set back with this way of thinking is your stuck in a lack mentality and it’s keeping you locked in a negative mindset, preventing you from recognizing what’s already working for you.

If you aim to manifest your dream job, for instance, it’s essential to be in a state of gratitude for your current job. Find positive aspects to appreciate, whether it’s your colleagues, the break room, or your flexible schedule. Consider this: by expressing gratitude for a job that may not align with your long-term goals, you’re still maintaining a positive attitude and finding reasons to appreciate it. Shifting your focus from what you lack to what you currently have generates a positive vibrational frequency conducive to manifestation.

Additionally, gratitude plays a pivotal role in manifesting. To ensure your thoughts are in alignment with what you wish to attract, cultivate a daily gratitude practice. By consistently acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of your life, you elevate your emotional state. This heightened state of joy and appreciation becomes a magnet for more joyful experiences.

I absolutely cherish my Gratitude Journal. Each morning, before starting my day, I reach for it to express gratitude for the abundance of goodness in my life. My entries aren’t necessarily profound or deeply reflective; rather, I focus on appreciating simple joys, like the wonderful people around me and the everyday pleasures that bring me happiness, such as a comforting cup of coffee or cozy clothes. On occasions, If I find my husband or mom consistently occupying the top spots in my gratitude list, I make it a point to send them a little text, expressing my thanks for the joy they bring into my life. What started as jotting down 2 or 3 things in the morning has now evolved into filling entire pages with gratitude. The beauty of this practice lies in its flexibility—it can be done at any time of the day, in any form that feels most comfortable for you.

In essence, the key lies in being thankful for your current circumstances and expressing appreciation for the blessings that come your way. Be thankful for what you have and show appreciation for all the blessings that come your way. This will attract more positive energy into your life.

7. Practice Meditation:

Take time to quiet your mind and connect with your inner self. It can be done in a variety of ways, from simply sitting quietly and focusing on your breath to using guided meditations or visualization exercises. By taking a few minutes each day to practice meditation, you can create a sense of calm and clarity that can help you to approach your goals with more focus and intention.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, there are many resources available to help you develop a routine that works for you. There are unlimited great apps to assist in meditation, but often I simply refer to youtube and grab a meditation that speaks to me that day – based on time or subject matter. For example, if I have a lot going on and am feeling overwhelmed – I will choose a meditation that is guided to being more present and in the moment.

In terms of manifesting – visualization mediations are great to let you go places in your mind where you are actually practicing your dreams and goals as if you already have them.

Another benefit of meditation, is the peace within that it brings. This can be pivotal in the positive mindset and having fun steps mentioned because often life throws us curve balls and tests our patience – a strong meditation practice helps us bounce back from these set-backs quickly and return to our good feeling thoughts and healthy mindset.

If you absolutely are not open to mediation, for whatever reason, I would recommend reading. Reading can have the same positive and calming effects that meditation does. Read a book that relates to your dream job, or travel, or relationships. You could even read a book about meditation 🙂

8. Train Your Brain to Think Positively:

Focus on positive thoughts and eliminate negative self-talk. This will help you to remove blockages and attract positive energy.

I want to give an example and context to this – one of my first jobs was working as a server in the restaurant industry. This job salary is heavily focused on tips. However, I never focused on the tips. I focused on doing a good job, providing a great experience, and having fun while I was doing it. Sure, I would probably still have a tip here or there that was under the threshhold of acceptable, but I would also get more tips that were generous and more reflecting of my work. I would remember working slower shifts where my manager would apologize for lack of sales, and I would shrug it off as all good, it all works out. Sure enough – that same shift the next week would be busier than ever and provide me a great payday. It all balances out in the end!

I like to think of this as the “red light/green light” effect. When driving to work and encountering multiple red lights, fixating on them will only lead to more red lights. However, celebrating the green lights and embracing them with excitement fosters a “glass half full” perspective, attracting more of those green lights.

I just want to put one more tip out here for this one, because I truly think it is so important in manifesting your dream life. When you find yourself in a negative space – notice it, take a deep breath, and reframe with a higher energy thought. For example, I look in the mirror and see stretch marks and think ugh I hate those awful lines, I used to have an amazing body! I notice this negative thought and think, body shaming? Not today! I take a deep breathe and decide to choose again. I now say to myself, I have an amazing body that allowed me to give birth to the most amazing soul and these marks are evidence of the miracle I helped create. In doing this, I have allowed myself not wallow in self pity, but embrace my flaws into a high vibe message. The more you do this, the easier it will become.

Remember, it’s crucial to refrain from focusing on aspects beyond your control. If a situation seems unfavorable, strive to reframe it and seek out the positive opportunities within it.

9. Don’t Hate – Appreciate:

Okay, friends, let’s explore this together. One major obstacle to manifesting our dreams is judgment. We all experience this in some form or another, and it can really hinder us from creating the life we desire.

Here are some thoughts to consider and keep in mind:

There is more than enough for everyone. If someone else gets the promotion you were hoping for, and you start to think, “Great, now I’ll never get it!” – that’s simply not true. There are plenty of opportunities for everyone. It might not be with that particular company; perhaps a new position will be tailored just for you, or maybe the company is expanding and another opportunity will arise. I assure you, it will happen, and another person’s success does not mean a lack for you. Try to genuinely celebrate your colleague’s achievement and imagine how fulfilling it must be for them.

Feeling jealousy towards something someone else has can actually be a positive thing and a strong indicator it is something you desire. For example, if you’re on a weight loss journey and have been struggling for months, and then someone new joins your gym and achieves in one month what you’ve been striving for in three, you might think, “Great, look at her – she looks amazing and is buying new workout clothes, and here I am still facing the same challenges.” But that’s not the whole picture. This is an opportunity for you to see that if someone else can do it, so can you! It’s evidence that it is indeed possible. It also shows that it’s something you truly desire, which should give you more inspiration, motivation, and encouragement to pursue your goals.

So, if you find yourself being judgmental or feeling jealous toward someone else, take a moment to reframe your thoughts. It’s an opportunity for you to recognize what you truly want or don’t want, and what is possible for your own life. Choose to focus on encouraging or satisfying thoughts in your own life.

10. Be Chill:

It’s important to remember that manifestation is a process, not an overnight success. It takes time and effort to bring your desires into reality, and there may be ups and downs along the way. But with focus, dedication, and a positive mindset, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Trying to control the outcome or putting restrictions or timelines on your desires is one of the biggest set backs you can give yourself. In fact, if you are wondering why you haven’t been manifesting after many attempts, my guess is lack of patience. The universe doesn’t respond to desperation or manic manifesting.

Once a desire has been set, sit back – relax, and watch it happen. It is most likely not going to happen the way you planned or you may even been saying, “but wait, how is this desire even possible for me?” The truth is, if you are able to desire it, you are able to create it. The “how” is not what is important. Let the universe do the work.
